Hard chromium plating

Description:
Treatment and recycling with vacuum evaporator of rinses from an hard chromium plating line.
The process foresee a filtration of the rinse water before the evaporation process with ion selective resins in order to remove metals other than Chrome.
Distilled water produced by the evaporator is recycled in closed circuit while the concentrate is also recycled in the Chromating tanks for a Zero Discharge System.

Technical characteristics:
350 lt/h of distilled water produced
8000 lt/day of recycled rinse water
