Description:
Automatic continuous dilution plant for Sulphuric acid at 98%. This plant is designed for the production of diluted sulphuric acid at various denisities. In this particular project delivered in Iraq in 2019, for a lead acid batteries producer, the system produces diluted acid at three densities. The production capacity is 2000 lt/h and the whole installation comprehends all the storage tanks for: DI water, Sulphuric acid at 98% and diluted acids. The ADP2000 is a system thought for the continuous production of diluted acid, the density and the process are regulated by dosing metering pumps and an inline refractometer that ensures the quality of the acid produced. An heat exchanger in Graphite connected with a chiller unit allows to keep under control the process temperature.
