Description:
New project in Italy for the treatment and recovery of waste emulsion and cleaning water from metalworking of automotive components.
Scope of the supply was the treatment of 8000 Lt/day of waste emulsions in order to reduce at minimum the volume of liquid waste that has to be disposed to the consortium of used oils.
The treatment solution provided is an oil separation of the inlet waste emulsions with a coalescense filter, a first step of vacuum evaporation and a final concentration with a vacuum concentrator. The distilled water recovered is then filtered before being discharge in the sewer in conformity with the local regulations.
Heat pump vacuum evaporator mod. EV400 with a capacity of 8000 lt/day, an heat pump vacuum concentrator with internal scraper mod. CV50 with a capacity of 1000 lt/day and a final filtration system with active carbon and zeolite filters
