Eyeglass frames – ultrasonic cleaning lines

Description:

New project in Italy for one of the major brand of eyeglass frames production. We have delivered recycling plants for two automatic leaning lines one for metal products and the other for plastic. The solutions proposed are recycling plants in order to minimize the enviromental impact of the production and reduce the costs of disposals. In particular for the ultrasonic cleaning tanks we have installed ceramic ultrafiltration plants mod. UF30 for the filtration and removal of pollutants from the cleaning detergent. This solution ensure a long life of the detergent maintainign constant the quality of the cleaning process. Recycling plants for rinse tanks with active carbon filters and reycling demineralizator with mixed bed resins for the final rinses before the drying oven.
