Description:
Installation of a vacuum evaporator for the treatment and recycling of rinse water from an automatic nickel plating line for motor cylinders. The vacuum evaporator is recycling the rinse water in order to remove the drag-out of acids after the pickling process. Also regeneration effluents from a ion exchange resins demineralizator are treated with the evaporator. In order to improve the quality of the evaporation process a pH neutralization system of the inlet waste water was implemented.
Technical characteristics:
Treatment capacity of 700 lt/day
Boiling chamber made of steel internally coated in HALAR
Heat exchanger made in titanium
Remote control via ethernet
Highlights:
Automatic pH neutralization of the inlet waste water
95% Reuse of distilled water
5% of concentrate liquid for disposal
Automatic functioning H24
