Enameling of parts for cooking and heating electrical appliance
Description:
New installation of a chemical-physical water treatment plant for waste water produced by the enameling of metal parts. The treatment process was implemented after a process study in order to find the best available technologies for the abatement of suspended solids, metals, Boron and NO2. The new chemical-physical WTP has a capacity of 2000 lt/h and it comprehends an automatic filterpress for sludge dehydration. The WTP installed is provided with remote control devices via ethernet for the continuous monitoring of the process.
Technical characteristics:
Capacity 2000 lt/h
Inlet Boron concentration > 50 mg/lt
Boron abatment yield >99,8%
